I’ve been a regular visitor for about 7 years and have witnessed many episodes of great kindness and support to residents. I’ve also seen enormous patience shown towards the elderly by some really fine five-star carers.
I hope that Waters View will still be here to come to my rescue one day, and for many years after that!
