May I take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the excellent standard of service at Waters View. Everyone is always very kind and keen to do their best — sometimes in quite trying circumstances. The little touches such as birthday teas, telephone calls when there is a need or concern and the welcome cups of tea are all truly much appreciated.
